Harper Scott Afternoon Hunting

Harper Scott was one of the first people that I ever hired to photograph. I jumped online and searched for girls that looked cute and open-minded for the type of photos that I wanted to take. I initially thought I’d be able to schedule a shoot for later that week.

However once I started corresponding with Harper, I took a shot in the dark and asked if she’d be interested in coming over that afternoon for an hour or two. To my surprise, she was game and was at my door in no time. I can’t say I knew exactly what I was doing, nor do I even now. I just know what type of photos I like to see and aim for that. Fortunately, Harper Scott is a sharp girl and easy to work with … the perfect beginning to my long and eventful journey behind the camera.

Hannah Kinney Argyle Arrangements

Hannah Kinney was not terribly impressed with these photos. Perhaps I often create with blinders on. I often look past ‘imperfections’ and stigmas of what is considered to be a good photo or proper styling or a beautiful setting.

But I only put images (and girls) up on Zishy that I personally appreciate. I am ultimately concerned with giving you something you don’t see everywhere on every photographer’s portfolio or in every magazine. Because no one likes being bored and Zishy will certainly end once I am bored.

Lilith Lust China Girl

Lilith Lust is the type of girl that simply turns heads no matter where she goes. In this series, we visited Chinatown. She said her outfit seemed very ‘Asian’, so I suppose our location was perfect. Back at the parking garage where we took some of these, an elder security guard approached us.

We could tell that he did not speak English well. Lilith batted her eyelashes and smiled. The man smiled back, gave us a thumbs-up and walked away. It pays have an attractive girl by your side.

Erin Marie Hogan is an actress in Hollywood. She began her theater and ballet training at an early age in St. Louis, Missouri. She’s made many appearances in indie and short films,as well as staring in the feature, Paranormal Entity, not to be confused with Paranormal Activity.

Erin is quite physical and boasts about her recent accomplishments in picking up pole dancing. When I arrived at Erin’s apartment, I had her show me some of the activities that she does at home. I must admit, it was Erin’s idea to recreate a scene where she had to climb in through the window because she had locked herself out.

Emily Addison allowed me to photograph her in her apartment in Hollywood. She drives a fast car and likes living life with full gusto. Emily claimed to have been very shy and reserved growing up, but now it is a completely different story.

Domino Madsen and the Thrills

Domino Madsen back in effect. She’s cute, way into music, ready to go to a good concert any night of the week, and loves herself some Chick-fil-A. We visited one of these establishments right before the photos at her place. Chicken sandwiches are okay, but they don’t hold their own as well as a 100% ground beef burger, in my opinion. I visited to one of my favorite burger joints today in a daze of hunger. And just as I’m placing my order, I notice that I’ve made a mistake.

They only accept cash and I don’t have enough of it. They do have a convenient ATM machine inside their small dining area. Nice. So now I gotta pay almost 14 dollars for a burger and fries (no drink), and then get reamed with transaction fees from both their machine and my own bank. Nah, bro. Not today. You did not win me as a customer. Stop being a slacker eatery that doesn’t take card. Get with the program. It’s 2012. Ok, maybe, Chick-fil-A doesn’t sound that bad after all.
